Understanding special education law can be a daunting task, as is navigating the process of seeking school services for one’s child. If parents pursue school-based services, we will assist them each step of the way. Specifically, we are available to consult with parents to help them understand their rights when working with the schools. We will assist them in knowing the specific process for pursuing school-based services, including what to request. We are also available to attend special education meetings to further support parents as they seek services for their child.
